Malese Jow was born "Elizabeth Melise Jow" in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 18, 1991. Her parents are Hong and Lanae
Jow. Malese is the oldest of four children--she has two brothers Jensen and Braden, and one sister, Makenna. Malese
attended Eliot Elementary in Tulsa, and Van Buren Elementary in Yorba Linda, CA. She is currently homeschooling through
the K12 program in California, so that she can pursue her acting career more vigorously.
Malese began working in the entertainment industry at the ripe age of 2. She worked in the Dallas market doing print
modeling with JC Penney until the age of 5. At that point she gained a love of singing, and began to present the National
Anthem throughout the midwest, mainly for charity organizations such as the National Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Awareness,
Alzheimers Association, and many more. At the age of 7 Malese was chosen to work with Rodney Lay and the Wild West Band
in Grove, Oklahoma at the Grand Grove Opry. She was a featured singer on a weekly basis, and afforded the opportunity
to open for such legends as George Jones, Brenda Lee, Marty Stuart, Ray Price, and many more. At the age of 8 Malese
advanced her career when chosen by the head of McDonald's advertising to be in several of their television advertisements.
This was her big break that spurred her family's move to California.
